Sex, Drugs & Psychological

Drug Prevention: welfare or bad deal?

The news talks about selected projections of drug research in the next 20 years, where as a contextualization explains the important development that has taken science to curb drug addiction and help at a time, to overcome this distressing phase with psychological treatments.

It is assumed that in the future, technology will be sufficient for use in developing vaccines ineffective drugs, avoiding consumption and addiction in humans, as occurs today oppositely with addiction to cocaine and nicotine.

Given this scenario, the conflict over whether the measure is necessary because it would undermine the free albredrío people by depriving them of choice of some drug use. Or worse, question remains whether this measure should apply even to children, understanding them on one hand as potential consumers and the duty to protect, or other potential consumers to enter into the next twenty years the consumer market unnecessary items.

As staff, I believe that those who are opposed to such prevention, are just intellectuals who advocate more for consumption and growth of their companies (do not forget that pharmacology is the third big business worldwide) than the welfare and health of the people themselves.

Human Education: Resist!!

Ken Robinson speaks about the importance of the creativity in the formation of human. He explains the present system of education is so locked in the delivery of knowledge for our future work, leaving forgotten  the creativity the persons,  even make when we children the most curious, creatives and the most conviction persons in the wolrd, but when we grow, our own social system we lose that ability dreamy and transform it in “breeding machines”, without having any choice to seek an alternative route of such prototypes as even the current system is responsible for discriminating against those who leave the "normal".
The crisis of the education system through not only a matter of creativity, I think the problem is both meaning and structure. On the talk, I totally agree with the idea put forward by saying that Robinson neglects the arts and virtually through them, to exploit this type of expression could overcome this education as conservative, but still do not think solve this educational problem, since the main problem of education is the market model, ergo it must be extirpated from curd, proposes an alternative to house all disciplines precisely alike and also go towards the subject and society, and not with a view to further commodify.
Finally, note the importance of considering social subjects and provide for it in the growth of society, to get to that is necessary to depart from the rules communes and be able to be more creative, and altruistic with our partners.

If you’re not prepared to be wrong, you’ll never come up with anything original.”

I want to be a Big Fish

Big Fish is a 2003 American fantasy adventure film based on the 1998 novel of the same name by Daniel Wallace. The film was directed by Tim Burton and stars Albert Finney, Ewan McGregor, Billy Crudup, Jessica Lange and Marion Cotillard. Other roles are performed by Helena Bonham Carter, Matthew McGrory, Danny DeVito, Deep Roy and Miley Cyrus among others.
 "

Finney plays Edward Bloom, a former traveling salesman from the Southern United States with a gift for storytelling, now confined to his deathbed. Bloom's estranged son, a journalist played by Crudup, attempts to mend their relationship as his dying father relates tall tales of his eventful life as a young adult, played by Ewan McGregor.

The film has a very important writer of this document, and that beyond the fantasies exposed in the film, tells the importance of our parents in the construction of our identity, the importance throughout our development.

That's why more than special effects or some important aspect within it that do identify with the film, notably stressed the value of always going to grow and see life in a more friendly than installing the protagonist Edward Bloom, the usual help others regardless of time or in the condition you are.

"The importance, the value of each film is not measured by how many Oscars he received, much less by the revenue that each film receives. The importance lies in how a film is able to reach the last cell of a person.

The videosjuegos: entertainment for profit?

When in the middle twentieth century appeared the first videogame, no one suspected the boom they would half a late century.Today, we can find a wide range of genres and themes embedded in this kind of distraction, which range from a game sports, up to a game of strategy, through the adventure.

Is for this reason that one wonders:  ¿the videogames are for more than just entertainment?, the answer seems to be no, they were created only to amuse the people, and if you find another, there would be videogames the means for finding, since these are not limiting emerging from the projected screen.

But, seeing the enormous investment of private companies, more progress and accent who have sought and found the scientists, we realize that this infant industry is clearly a lethal weapon to increase surplus through private consumption, and a powerful dose of escape from reality by those who occupy it.

That statement is very visible in the present, today we find fewer children in the streets playing hide and seek and more on a computer or a console fun to pass each stage. We may even see that desires to Santa Claus and hegemony are not soccer balls or bicycle, but video game consoles are becoming increasingly modernized.

That is why we must consider whether the industry harms social relationships, or we must set limits on use to avoid falling into the excessive reality shows a fictional world and from society as a whole.

hello love, hello mp4!

Hello virtual friends:
My favorite piece of technology is my mp4 player, in it, I can store my favorite music and enjoy every moment especial, also perform a myriad of useful things for different occasions that arise. For example, I can record audio, listen to radio, save images, etc. Is important to note that my mp4 is not any apparatus, he has 4GB capacity!, which implies a significant amount of music storage, where I can swim in the sea of music that I own it, choosing different musicals genres.

My beloved piece of technology have since was 18 years, which my mother gave me for having come of age. From there, I use it daily when I walk, when I go to sleep or even when I go by bus, in the subway or other means of transport. Also, I used for my moments of reflection about life, because although I think I found useful things with me my favorite songs, what makes me see life beautifully different.

That is why I consider this very important technological invention, since beyond serving for music, helps people to connect with yourself and remember the good times of life.

The MP4 with the women, are the best creations of the universe!
